Shipping & Returns
We make every effort to ship all in stock items within 36 hours. All items are shipped from our retail store located in Roseto, Pennsylvania. Time in transit depends upon the customers distance from Pennsylvania. Contact us or the shipping carrier for an estimated arrival time. In the event of an out of stock item, we will contact you as soon as possible when we expect that item to be back in stock, to suggest a replacement item or to cancel your order. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and destination. We charge our customers the same cost that UPS and/or USPS charges us. UPS will not ship to PO Boxes.
Ruggiero's Market takes care to inspect and carefully package each product being shipped. In the event that a product is damaged during shipment, immediately inform the shipping carrier. It is the customers responsibility to inspect the package upon delivery and notify the carrier immediately of any damage.
We only ship within the United States.
Contact us before returning any items. Food items are NOT returnable. It is the customers responsibility to pay for all return shipping costs.
All orders can be cancelled with a full refund as long as the order has not been shipped. Please call us at 610-588-2681 to cancel an order.
